To be sure that you receive the quickest service, please follow this guide when filling out your application:
- Ensure that the application is filled out completely
- Attach a copy of your last 60-day bank statement
- Attach a copy of the summary page of your tax return
- Attach proof of income
- Attach a copy of your home owners insurance
Loan Closet:
Our loan closet items are an integral part of our everyday mission. We are able to keep items at our warehouse that are needed periodically throughout life that is expensive and sometimes only needed for a short time. Whether it is a wheelchair, walker, crutches, motorized scooters, wheelchair ramps, stair climbers, air conditioning or heating units, fans, or other durable medical equipment – we can help!
Property Wellness:
From HVAC units, decks, roofs, walkways, drains, septics, and wells, to yard clean—up and tree removal we work with our partners in the trades to help you and your property stay in great shape for years to come.
Home Repairs:
From the start of Project Mend-A-House, our work repairing homes has been the heart of our organization. We are able to assist with repairing faucets, leaks, outlets, steps, flooring, railings, doors and door knobs, and many other small repairs inside and out.
Home Modifications:
Whether it is a bathroom from tub to shower, widening doorways or lowering kitchen counters and ensuring ADA compliancy – we have done it all.
